Heat pen marks were written all over

Heat pen marks were written all over every outfit orders. Both tops and bottoms had numbers written all over. Dirt and dust on outfits as well.

We’re truly sorry you received your order this way. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to open your package and find heat pen markings and dust/dirt throughout the sets. That’s not the experience we want for you, and we sincerely apologize.

While some markings can be part of our production process, there should never have been excessive markings or garments arriving with visible dirt and dust. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our blanks, and we fell short here.
