Refund policy

Returns

Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request assistance, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom embroidered items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Keepsake Threads LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages. However, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
