Processing Time

Most of our items are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During busy seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Keepsake Threads LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Keepsake Threads LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Keepsake Threads LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

International Shipping

At this time, Keepsake Threads LLC ships only within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.
