Orders & Personalization

Yes! Many of our products allow names, initials, or custom text. If you have a special request or logo you'd like embroidered, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Please double-check spelling and details before placing your order. Since items are custom embroidered, we cannot change or cancel an order once production begins.

Yes! We offer bulk embroidery for events, teams, businesses, and gifts. Contact us for custom pricing on large orders.

Products & Care

We currently embroider a variety of items including kids clothing, baby gifts, hats, and apparel. New embroidered products are added regularly.

For best results, wash items inside out on cold and tumble dry on low. This helps keep the embroidery looking clean and vibrant.

Processing Time

Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days depending on the item and customization. During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Yes! We ship across the United States. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns & Issues

Because our items are made-to-order and personalized, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
