Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Most of our items are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During busy seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If for any reason you have messed up on an order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can fix it. We typically start stitching orders ~12hrs after order has been placed.
